Any news on when Hornady might release/market the elastomer tip .30 and .35 caliber bullets for reloading? They've been out a couple years now haven't they?

Have you checked with Hornedy? They would probably be able to answer your question. Last I heard they weren't going to release them to the public.

Sooner or later their time on the patent will run out, and viola they will be made public.

When/If the bullets are released, I bet they will be EXPENSIVE.

I checked with Hornady a couple of months ago and they indicated that they might release some bullets as components next year. They appear to have trouble satisfying the current demand for complete cartridges.
