I was watching Pheasnt Forever on TV last night and was quickly pissed off when the President comes on and makes a push for all us hunter to switch to Non tox shot!!! What the **** is wrong with these people- do they want hunting to disappear? :( Lead shot does no damage what so ever to the ecosystem or us!!! All the junk science that is out there is astounding!! Lead poisioning occurs through vapor or liquified lead not shot ingestion thats for both man and animal! Remember the push to go non tox for waterfowl! How they said lead was killing fish, eagles etc.! All that was total BS it was PCB's not lead! Now they want us hunters to go lead free for everything we hunt!!! Here is the perfect thing for the Anti's to finally get rid of hunting! Cause if we are forced to go Non tox nobody will be able to afford to hunt! Do you reload? Forget it at over $100+ 4 lbs for Non tox shot who'll be able to afford it!!! This has got to stop if you care about hunting get informed and fight this backdoor attempt to ban hunting!!! :mad:

i totally agree with you, how do you think i feel stuck here in kalifornia? all the prime deer hunting zones are now lead free ammo only. now im stuck with my 1895 cowboy and a barnes 300 grain bullet that doesnt shoot for crap in my gun when it was made for 400 grain bullets. in essence, we are screwed here.

Yep you guy's got screwed big time by this junk science. I'll bet money that they don't have one confirmed Condor death from lead poisoning!!! The bad thing is that the guy that sold Komifornia that bad science is pedaling it all over the country!
