What the heck; I'm in for #4 as well. Right now the 'lead' is a straight-up tie between #4 & #2. Odd, huh?

Well, in a perfect world, I would think state laws should apply. Unfortunately, too many states have stupid laws.

I'm generally a federalist, which means I would favor the states to determine the laws for their own state. This however is government land, and there is the 2nd amendment. I voted #4.
