This picture was taken by a LA Times photographer at a DEA raid in California.
Is anyone aware of any other cases where armed blackwater agents are acting in a law enforcement capacity?
You can see it by going to the following website.

Loraksus, could you post what a blackwater agent is, and is not? Thanks. I don't know about these.

I would guess he has just trained at their facilities. I am not aware of them operating here in the states.

I saw and officer wearing a HOOTERS tee shirt the other day. He must have trained there.
Blackwater as an agency is not "currently" active in any LEO deployments in the US.
You can get a t-shirt on-line from their web site.
You can also pay by person or agency to train at their facility. (DEA and other government agencys do train their).
Back in the 90's I was very active at their facility in a training capacity.
It was worth the expense...
My dad designed their new facilty. He got a t-shirt and some lapel pins as well as a check.

Seems like Dunkin Donuts could really clean up by giving free Tees to all the cops that come in...

Most likely a cop wearing one of their t-shirts.
After the door gets kicked and the bad guys rounded up, the armor comes off for the grunt work, cuz that stuff's hot. You're likely to see all kinds of outfits. I sometimes wore BATF t-shirts in case something got screwed up & the BATF would get the heat for it.
