Today's mail (8-19) brought a Cabela's flyer and they are advertising the Marlin 410 shotgun for $499.99. I don't know whether this is only for the Hamburg, PA store or throughout their network.

I was under the impression that both Winchester and Marlin discontinued production of their410 shotgun lever actions.

I hope something comes of this. I'd love a .410 levergun. I checked my distributors, and the only .410 I see from Marlin is an LC Smith reproduction that costs a fair bit more than $500

My flyer received today shows the .410 available at the Sydney, Nebraska store as well. The way I read it the items advertised in the mailing are for in-store purchase only...no mailorder.

The Fort Worth store shows the same deal.

Same here. I saw it in the flyer for the Dundee, MI store. Remember though, these are 2 1/2" .410's, not the 3". The Winchester was the same. STILL, it looks like a lot of fun.
