I am haveing difficulty locating some parts. I have a Browning A5 light 12 and a Springfield 67F, (20 guage pump, manufactered by Savage). Due to Canadian law I need to restrict the amount of ammo they can hold. 3 instead of 5 and 4. I have heard it refered to as a plug. I would appricate any thoughts on the best on-line source to purchase. Thank you for your time.

Welcome to the forum Jay. Rules are simple, be nice and join in.
Cabela's and Midway sells generic shotgun plugs or you simply can make your own with the appropriate sized wood dowels. They just need to be the right diameter to fit inside the magazine spring of your rifle and the correct length to take up two or three shell lengths.

A wood dowell is the easy and quick fix. That's what was used for years by the factories before the plastic age. Use a 3/8" to 1/2" dowell, check to see that it's free to slide inside the spring and round the ends a bit.

My Mossberg 500 and 835 both came with a wooden dowel that had a rubber O-ring on it 1/2 inch or so from each end, they work great.
I just never use them yet as I have not used the guns for hunting anything where I must be limited to 3 shots.

Welcome,Jaymar.
It's really a simple task to make a plug from a dowel.
Even I can do it.
