I have recently found that my lube supplier has gone out of business.
I would like to discuss the process of heating the lube.
Has anybody had any experience with this method?

I have a Lyman heater that I bolted to my lubrisizer....And let me suggest White Lable Lube for your supplier...
I HOPE he wasn't your last supplier.

White Label Lube (http://www.lsstuff.com/lube/) seems to be a good outfit. The liquid Alox lube is less expensive from them, too.

I use a trouble / drop light w/ a 60 watt lamp to heat my lube sizer , in cold weather . Place it next to the base of the lube sizer . You can take an Al pie plate and bend it around the lite to help concentrate the heat .
God bless

I guess what I was asking for about the heated lube is it worth the extra effort of heating the lube. Is it any more difficult than just the beeswax-alox combination, Should I just stau with the cold lube. Where do I find the white lable lube. Thanks for the replies.

You Yahoo! "White Label Lube Company" and it comes up at the top of the list except for the paying advertiser link with blue background. As to the heater, the main advantage to the hot lubes is that after they cool they aren't sticky and don't get all over your fingers or stick to each other when you pack then into a cigar box in neat little rows, and they don't blow around into the gun quite so easily, so you may not need to do a full detail cleaning quite so frequently.
By the way, I neglected to welcome you to the forum. Rules are to join in and be polite and enjoy yourself. You're off to a good start.

Like Unclenick, I too use White Label Lube.
They offer a wide selection of lubes, great prices and friendly support and service.
As for the heater, I went the conventional route and purchased a Lyman base heater and then hit the Home Depot for a 8 dollar lamp dimmer that has worked great.
Just plug in the heater cord into the dimmer plug and presto!! you have a rheostatically controlled heater plate.
Since I cast and size in an unheated space, I ran the unit full open in the colder times and crank it way down now that it is heating up outside.
Obviously you don't need it for the beeswax mixes but for the high speed stuff a heater is necessary.

Most people prefer the "Alox" type and use the "White Label" - I use Lee Alox just because I don't reload thousnds of rounds. Alox seems to improve about any cast bullet. I use it on bullets that are already lubed with mica afterwards to cut down the stickiness. I don't heat the lube but I use KISS as much as possible.
