I bought a new Ruger Super Blackhawk a few weeks ago and had a few questions. The cylinder throats all measure excactly .430. The bore at its tightest measures .4295. I have a good supply of beartooth bullets in 325 and 280 grain weights. All are .432 dia. for a different Ruger revolver. Is it safe to shoot such an oversized bullet in my Super Blackhawk?

If they load (fit into the chambers without being forced) I would not worry about it. It's a common practice to shoot cast rifle bullets at 0.002" over groove diameter, and in the revolver the bullet gets a good running start at the rifling.
One thing I would do, however, is run a couple of cylinders of lapping bullets through it first. Normally the Ruger chambers/rifling are rough, and there is a good chance that just knocking the burrs off will change the dimensions a little bit. After that you may have a perfect fit.
Then work up your loads again, with a chronograph to make sure the velocities aren't out of line. But I'll bet you'll have no problems.
I've shot the 280gr. bullet in 3 or 4 Super Blackhawks, all sized 0.432", and never had any problems.
