Perhaps I am the only one. I shoot a lot at ground squirrels and paper. I have had great success with cheap components. Please share your findings with inexpensive components, too.

I use
CCI 400 primers
Hornady 55gr SP with cannelure from Midway at $50/1000
WC844 powder in 8lb containers from http://iidbs.com/hitech/
$64/8lbs This stuff is like H335

I have also used Remington 55 grain bullets HP PowerLokt

With a Rem 700 VSSF, I can shoot 1/2 with either of these bullets.

I have never used any other powder. I load 22/250 and 223. I have used various other bullets with great success.
