I got a nipple thats is one of 3 that came with my muzzle loader. This one has no bluing and looks new,its gray lookin. It has a bigger flash hole then others and on each side of tube part the primer sits on it has a tiny hole. A 7/64 drill bit will almost fit down in the nipple and a 3/32 is to small for the nipple. What is this?

I'm pretty sure that is a Hot-Shot nipple made by Uncle Mikes. It is stainless steel and the side hole that the cap covers when there is a cap on it, IIRC, is so some ignition pressure causes the cap to split and make removal of a spent cap much easier as it just falls off. They are pretty good nipples and I have used them for years with no problems. Unless the hammer is badly mis-aligned with the nipple, they also last forever.

Big Bore, My hammer is off quiet a bit. it just barely lines up with normal small nipple(#11 i guess), i bet it won't line up with the hotshot(which i hear is a good nipple to use). My hammer rides way over to the left on my left handed TC renegade 50. Is there anything i can do to line it up dead center?
