I have a chance to buy a complter reloading set up from a friend, it's set up for 45LC. Can I reload 454 casull with this set up or do I need to buy 454 casull dies.

My shooting buddy is reloading his 454 ammo on my Dillon using the 45 Colt set up!

You can do it, but the 45 Colt dies do not size as much as the .454 Dies and you MIGHT run into trouble. If you are loading for a tight chambered pistol like the Freedom Arms, you really should stick with .454 dies. The Taurrus and Ruger have slightly larger cut chambers than the Freedom Arms, one reason they allow you to shoot 45 Colt in theirs and you are not supposed to do that in FA, so loading with 45 Colt dies will likely not be a problem. However, if you find that your cases are not being sized enough, a switch to .454 dies will take care of it.
