Just thought I'd say hi and see if anyone on here was from southern wv?
I'm from Bluefield WV and am looking to see if anyone knows of any ranges nearby? (other than B&G's indoor pistol range)
I just purchased my first handgun and am looking for some places to shoot, and also to see if there is anyone out there who would like to go shooting sometime?

Welcome!, like I said I don't know 100% for sure if they work because I don't have one, but I was told they will.....

I hope there is some members from here because I can't find any shooting ranges thats not more than 1hr away..... THe only one close is an indoor pistol range and I'd really like to get into shooting rifles...

Hey I'm also a WV Newbie. Although I don't know much about the Bluefield area, years ago, I used to go to a range in Beckley with my uncle. I'm not sure of the name, but they had indoor, and outdoor facilities. Hope this helps...

I'm on the other side of the state in Preston County, but I've done exactly what you're doing.......where can I shoot.

I went to the Sheriff and asked, because the nearest ranges I knew about were in either a county west or south from here (both an hour+). Now I have both a handgun range and a long gun range within 20 minutes!

What type of handgun did you buy? Caliber? What ammo are you using?
