I was wondering if there's anyone out there who can supply WC846 data for the 30-30. My primary bullet is Lyman 311041 but data for any gas checked bullet weighing around 175 grains would be helpful.

You might try contacting St. Marks Powder (the former Primex Technologies, Inc.). I'm thinking they probably won't release load data for commercial powders as they tend to vary more than what the public has access to but who knows.
