James Gates Terminator Slug was used successfully during the Illinois Deer season! James sent some of his loads north for us too try, and we were impressed indeed. We shot them out of a Savage slug gun that is based on the 110 action and although we didn't have enough time or shells too see what it is capable of, we do believe his slug is as accurate as anything else we have used out of this slug gun. My friend Greg actually drew first blood with the new slug, a doe at about 80 yards broad side! The slug entered about 2" behind the left shoulder with an entrance wound about the size of your thumb and exited behind the opposite shoulder with an exit wound you could put four fingers into, the doe dropped instantly. This might not have been the best test of the new slug, I'm sure a BIG HOG would be a better test, but once you take one look at this slug, I'm sure you will realize it will handle just about anything!

My Congratulations to both Greg and James!

The DTS actually has this confirmed rifle-crank interested in shotguns again for the first time in years. The return of the Paradox Gun looms just over the horizon.

Outstanding! Now let's see how they do on the 'little' piggies you got running around in the swamps in Florida.... :)

Many Thanks to all for your ongoing interest in the Terminator! Special thanks to my friends up Rock Island way that have gone into this project with an open mind. It appears that this slug/bullet does act like a big bore rifle as far as accuracy is concerned.
This Terminator does not compete with anything on the market now and was never designed to. All I have wanted was to develop a redesigned Paradox load and that is what we have. I wanted something that never left the line of sight more than 3" out to 100 yards and we have bettered that.
For the hunter/shooter that wants a tremendous amount of "Smack-Down", this is it.
Don't mistake we I am doing.....I still love my handguns and Rifles! This is not something for long range work although acuuracy is there, but trajectory is like the old big bores.
American hunters are starting to wise up on the need for a load that will handle about anything close in.
Best Regards, James
