let me post them in text here...

first case: a woman is charged, put on the news, jailed without bond before she is guilty. she's a teacher, had a legal gun, and a beauty peagant.

i don't know her and can't say if she's good or bad, but she does hold a few important roles in life, so i give her a benefit of a doubt.

but since she's young, black, and used a gun, the liberal media use her a way of taunting gun owners. i hope she did it in self defense as she claimed because i want her to suit aol, abc, nbc, and all them suckers.

remember richard jewel. some of u know him as atlanta bomber of 1996 olympic. well, he's an innocent man who tried to save people when the bomb went off. but the media and law enforcement was too stupid to catch the real bad guy so they charge him (the hero) instead. they had all the envident on him; loner, gun owner, first to witness the crime, report the crime, and all the behavior of which some liberals consider a criminial path when they did their college thesis while high on drugs. u know the whole deal.

SAVANNAH, Ga. (Dec. 20) - A Georgia beauty queen turned herself in to police Saturday to face a murder charge in the death of her boyfriend.

Police booking photo of Sharron Nicole Redmond (AP/Sheriff's Dept.)

Sharron Nicole Redmond, who holds the title of Miss Savannah, was being held without bail in the death of 25-year-old Kevin Shorter.

Redmond, 21, was initially charged with aggravated assault in the Tuesday night shooting, but the charge was upgraded to murder after Shorter died Friday.

Redmond's lawyer, Michael Schiavone, said he will file a bond request on Monday.

"She's having a very difficult time with everything that's happened, especially with his death,'' Schiavone said.

Police said the shooting followed an argument between Redmond and Shorter, apparently over Shorter dating another woman at the same time he was seeing Redmond. The shooting happened outside the home of the father of the other woman, whose name has not been released.

Schiavone said his client acted in self-defense when she shot Shorter. Schiavone said Redmond had a permit for the gun, which she was carrying because she had been stalked at the high school where she teaches.

Redmond assumed the Miss Savannah title in August when Andrea Bailey - who was originally crowned Miss Savannah - won the title of Miss Georgia and went on to compete in the Miss America competition.

WASHINGTON (Dec. 20) - The son of former vice president and 2000 Democratic presidential candidate Al Gore has been charged with marijuana possession.

Albert A. Gore III, 21, was arrested Friday night after he was stopped for driving a vehicle without its headlights on.

Two passengers were also arrested and charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession. They were identified as Yann V. Kumin, 21, and Marc G. Hordon, 22, both of Cambridge, Mass.

A Montgomery County, Md., police officer stopped the car, a dark-colored Cadillac, in Bethesda, a Washington suburb, around 11:30 p.m. Friday.

The officer noticed the car's windows and sunroof were open, despite cold temperatures Friday night. There was also a smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle, according to a news release from the police department.

A search of the vehicle turned up a partial marijuana cigarette, a cigarette box containing suspected marijuana, and a soft drink can that also smelled of marijuana.

All three were released pending trial.

In September 2002, the younger Gore was ticketed for driving under the influence. He was pulled over and ticketed by military police just outside Fort Myer in suburban Virginia, but was not taken into custody.

In the summer of 2000, Gore was cited by the North Carolina Highway Patrol for driving 97 mph in a 55-mph zone. Under an agreement with prosecutors, a reckless driving charge was dropped in the North Carolina case, but he was fined $125 for speeding and his driving privileges in the state were suspended.
