Lee's Modern Reloading, Second Edition has some really good info in the text and tables for lead bullet shooters. If you have the Lead Hardness Tester, you can develop data that is relevant to the scale used on that Tester using the 1 Grain Factors for Velocity and Pressure.

I got to messing around and put all the fomulas into a Excel worksheet. You still need Modern Reloading, Second Edition for the Never Exceed charges, FPS, Pressure, and Factors. The worksheet will do the rest. The worksheet has conditional formatting for 1/3 and 1/2 loads that Richard Lee cautions the user about.
