When reloading with jacketed bullets should I bell the case mouths or not ? ( Marlin 44 Mag. Rifle)

Hey Pete,
I bell my cases just enough to start the bullet. You don't  want to much or you'll over work the brass and cause split necks. A very slight bell is all you need. Hope this helps.
