VTDW,
I and apparently several others sent Marshall Stanton a wish list and behold I see the results and all I can say is WOW too! I got an e-mail from Marshall before coming here this morning and all I can say is that he is a real stand-up kind of guy. I didn't expect to get everything but he put in all the categories I wanted plus some that intrest me also! We need to get all the gang over here soon. We should also support him for doing this for us also. I plan on a large order in March for some 185gr WFN bullets to try in my .357 Mag rifles and also some of the 240gr and 280gr WFN for my .44 Mags. I also liked the .22 bullet he offers, should be a good bullet for .22 Hornet for Squirrels and reduced pelt loads!

hello all I was really surprised when I came out of the field to see MT shut down. I didn't know what I was going to do. Then this morning it hit to try this site out, man I'm glad I did. I didn't like the thought of being a homeless refugee :D . I'm sure glad to see some great people here from MT. BTW my old hanle over at MT was 7mm. I would also like to think Marshall and Beartooth for having us before I end, Thank you guys. 336A

Glad you gents approve! Change can be a good thing, for all involved. We're glad to have you fine folks, and the experience and knowlege you bring with you, everyone's the richer for your input.
We're certainly open to ideas and suggestions, and please feel free to share them with us! We're a family run business, so we don't have corporate heads dictating what we can and can't do, but on the otherhand, we don't always have the manpower to do all things at once :D So, please be patient with us, if a little slow in answering PM's and emails at times, as these forums, as awesome as they are, and as much as I enjoy them aren't what pay my family bills, so first comes making a living, then I tend the forums. Hope this sits ok with everyone.
I'm looking foward to getting to know many new names who've come aboard lately.
God Bless,
Marshall

Dave,
I'm on board as far as my 336 needs go. Likely the bigboar area as well.
I think...
I dislike the "v-bull" style of display but thats just the part of me that dislikes change. I might get to like it in time.
As long as it is stable and fast I will get used to it...
Thanks to Doc S. for the heads up to this location and
Thanks to Marshal S. for the bandwidth.

Bruce! Glad to see you! I believe Marshall has gone above and beyond the call in creating a new home for us.
Now, we all have the task of keeping our posts relevant and clean. It will happen sooner or later that someone will abuse the board with foul language or degenerate comments made toward another board member (sarcasm aside, Rifleranger and Big Redhead have to be reminded of their places in society sometime), so please allow my appeal to all those who read my post to keep this board information driven for the common good of each member.
Now let's get on with some serious discussion of the 336.

Marshall,
Thanks. I like the 94 and 336 forums split out like this. I have both and favor neither over the other. It's nice to be welcome as a M-T orphan.
;) Hi all, good to see somemore ex-MT fellows here. :) Tho MT is closed, this is an exciting place to be. Thank you again, Marshall. :)

Hi Jake,
Yup, been a while..
I spent this last season hunting halfway up toward your way. 3 weeks in Catskill Park. I even got to see some deer during the last week of the season. With that first snow storm, the deer started striping the bark from the hemlocks instead of browsing the grasses in the fields. As all my hunting land is woods, I was praying for snow.
Heck of a fun year; I can hardly wait for September so we can start all over again (at the Shawnee Squirrel hunt.)
Talk to you soon buddy, keep posting! -Noah

Glad to see all the familiar names from M.T. I too was surprised to see M.T. end. Could it be that they are having financial difficulty? In any case this is a great site, and am glad to be here!-Landngroove.
We sure got scattered from MT. I've been surfin' the other sites and seeing that some MT people are here and there. I still think MT should have given us some kind of warning that they were going to close so we all could have replied to each other. Oh well... good to be here...

I would also like to thank Marshall. I ordered some bullets from you some time ago. I canceled the order just because I wouldn't have time to work up a load before the hunting season. I will order some from you and just wait for the order. It's a long time to the next hunting season here in Oregon. I want to support you. Again Thanks.
