Reeder's guns are a little out of my price range, but he sure has some nice ones don't he??? I'd like to have one of those Doc Holiday classics.

My best bowhuntin buddy has one of the UBUII's.

It is etched with some of Frank Frazetta's buxom babes and is flawless in form and function. It is both a handfull and an eyefull in .475 Linebaugh with ivory grips (scrimshawed also)

Save yer pennies.

Though I don't own any, I have had the opportunity to shoot two Reeder revolvers. The fit and finish were excellent and both proved to be very accurate......in my opinion, his work is well worth the money.

I have Gary Reeder custom revolvers in .475 Linebaugh and in 510 GNR. I had the conversions done on Ruger New Model Super Blackhawks. Neither conversion took as long to complete as I expected. The workmanship has to be seen to be appreciated. Both revolvers are very accurate and very powerful. I highly recommend Gary Reeder to anyone wanting a custom revolver. What Gary does to the grip makes them (relatively) pleasant to shoot. These revolvers draw a crowd at the range!

My first contact with Reeder Custom Guns was through an individual that loaned me a Contender barrel chambered for one of Gary's wildcat rounds. I now own a rechambered Contender barrel chambered for a 41 GNR2. I had the pleasure of shooting A Wichita classic and the Big Horn hunter. The Wichita is an old style Ruger blackhawk chambered for a 41 Special and the Big Horn hunter is built on a Marlin 1894 and chambered for the 410 GNR. Both rifle and handgun were exceptionally built and the finish was as good or better than any custom firearm I've ever been in contact with. While I will agree that his guns are expensive, I will also say that they are well worth the money you spend for one. What I would like to see him make, is a lever action chambered for the 41 GNR2. If that happens, I will spend the money to own one.
