Since here is Colombia the closest I get to sport shooting (vs. the war which aint no fun at all) is cruising the internet and sending bulky packages to my old Dad's house, I was looking at Graf and Son's web site and decided to order a whole bunch of french Vectan powder since it is really cheap. Can anybody give an opionion on it? I got Ao, Sp 7, T 2000 and t 5000
Thanks

Well a bit late... :D
But I like those vectan powders a lot.
They are available.
Cheaper than USA made powders, and actually quite
good.
Maybe hitting this topic brings some new replies about it
if anyone knows the stuff...

Harshok -
Have to agree with you on both points: the belatedness of the reply; and the quality of the Vectan powders. For CAS loads we've found BA10 and BA9 to be very excellent - small SD's and likewise small groupsizes. Have tried A0 but find that it doen't meter well, likewise it bridges too easily (at least in the rcbs uniflow) - as such have almost given up on it. SP3 is THE choice for heavy 41 and 44 mag loads. [and at least for some time: all this fun could be had at graf and sons at $6/lb :D hard to say no.]
do shoot straight,

BOTH?
Thought I had 3 :D :D :D
But the price you state is 1/3rd of what I pay here...
So were rripped off here.
The stuff is made about 600 km (ca 400 miles) south of here!
