Are these rounds the same length as the Stinger? Since I have a target barrel on the ruge I cant use the stingers....but wondering if the quik-shok is the same class??

I don't know what length the Stingers are as I've never used them but I do have some Quik Shoks.

Can you measure against a CCI minimag or stinger?

I've got MiniMags so that's what I used.

MiniMag Brass measured from the base to the start of lead is 0.600.
Quik-Shok is 0.696

Overall length is identical, 0.986.

Exposed length of bullet, 0.386 for MiniMag, 0.290

Distance from tip to start of driving band.
MiniMag 0.197 Quik-Shok 0.182
