Guys,
I have a pretty basic question here. I am new to casting and don't plan on getting into production quantities.
Will a LEE Mini-Mag Furnace be OK to start with?

It's awful small, even if you don't plan to cast a lot.

Just get a Lee Production Pot 4 20lbs. It will be worth it...

Hey, I also just started molding slugs for my shotgun and the best cheapest way to make a fernace isnt the manufactured ones but a normal camping stove if you got one, and a small dutch oven , or some cast iron pot, I got one at the Bass Pro Shop for like 7 bucks and all I need was the scooper thing and the mold, and then you need propane which isnt much, something like $1.50 for a tank, that lasts for like 3 good times of molding. Ya thats just my 2 cents
