You may recall that last fall the state legalized concealed carry without a permit. At that time the city of Anchorage said it would continue to require a permit. Just saw the mayor and city attorney on the KTUU news saying that Anchorage would abide by the state law and no longer require a permit for concealed carry.

As I understand it the state permit which requires a training class etc... is still available for reciprocity agreements with other states.

Breakup? Nahhh. My groundhog is still frozen stiffer than a woodpeckers lips. Breakup is when the black bears begin to feed. Last week of May...always ;*)
