Would anyone know what a Colt single action army new in the box would go for price wise? A friend has one and he was wanting to sell it.

found one @ www.galleryofguns.com for $1380...I have seen them priced higher than that. I can't imagine wanting to sell that gun!!!! (unless he just doesn't care for single actions? In that case, I'll give him $500 for it :) )

Depends if it is new in the box and manufactured last year or new in the box and manufactured 100 years ago Try $500.00 and see if he laugh's or not.
