Nice looking bullet Marshall, that looks like it should do the trick on anything you'd use a medium weight 45 Colt on.

Post mortem field reports are flawless to date.... with no reported recovered bullets! Full freezers, no lost game, no tracking jobs.
Waiting for more field reports.... hope to have a few myself before long.

Are the loads listed for the Ruger BH? I've got a "New" Vaquero and they seem somewhat too hot for that gun. I'd like to load this bullet for both the RNV and my Win. Trapper.

Indeed regarding your New Model Vaquero, with its smaller diameter cylinder you should treat it with a fair margin of respect in regard to strength.
