Does anyone make (GASP!) plastic stocks and forends for the marlin 444P? Mine has pretty wood and with the hauling and shooting I'll be doing this summer I hate to mess the good wood up.

Thanks............Mike

'boomer,

I do think anyone does, but I could be wrong. It's not something that I'd look for since it doesn't appeal to me, hence my reluctance to give a firm yea or nay. Try http://www.brownells.com

If anyone has them, it would be Brownells.

THK,

Most of the synthetic (Rynite) stocks the factories are using today are made by Choate Machine and Tool Co. (T/C, HR, NEF and others)

Head over to their website and maybe give Garth Choate a call to inquire about it.
