I am looking for one of the mini bolt actions to build into the .416 TAS. The possible choices are Interarms/ Charles Daly Mark X Mini Mauser, Sako 75 size 2, earlier size 2 Sakos, and perhaps other actions that I don"t know about. The Kimber 84 and CZ 527 are too small. The Interarms/ Charles Daly Mark X Mini Mauser is readily available and a good buy, but other than seeing it (looks good) and testing for size at the NRA Convention I do not know much about it or its' quality. The current Sako is heavy and bulky for a mini. Older sakos are less easily had.

The questions:
1) Are there any other actions of this size?
2) Which action would you Choose and why?

Thanks,
Fireplug
